I have attached those permits (cover sheets) and the original wetland impact summary table for your reference. When the project was permitted there were 2 jurisdictional sites, Site 2 and Site 4. Site 2 is a jurisdictional intermittent stream on both the inlet and outlet ends of an existing crossline pipe. Site 4 is a tributary on the outlet end of an existing crossline pipe. Site 4 was determined to be not jurisdictional on the inlet end. Due to a revised hydraulic design, changes were made to each site. These changes caused 1 additional foot of permanent impact on the outlet end of Site 2. This additional impact, and the revised drainage design at both sites, is shown on the attached permit drawings and enumerated on the attached revised wetland impact summary. The NCDOT hopes to let this project in the fall of 2016. Could you both please advise if the attached revised permit drawings and wetland permit impact summary submittal is sufficient to consider our existing permits valid? th If possible, could you please reply by July 29? Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
