Hey Jeff,
Thank you for your submittal of the As -Built /Baseline Report for the UT to Falls Lake (McDaniel Farm) DMS site. I have
reviewed the report and have a couple of comments/questions.
• Figure showing As -Built Planting: the area in "green" is shown as the area that was mowed during the planting
stage. However, it's hard to tell whether that area was also highlighted to show it was planted. Were all of the
mowed areas planted as well? Yes all mowed areas were planted. DMS planted the entire easement with the
exception of the bridle path, 10 ft maintenance zone adjacent to the fence and the areas of mature trees.
• The DWR project # for this site is 2015-0634. The # 2009-1140 was the Buffer Determination performed by the
Raleigh Regional Office. I'll make this change. I had no documentation of the 2015-0634 DWR number.
• The HUC this site is located in is 03020201, but there is a small typo in Section 1.0. Correction made (fat finger
problems).

The As -built report looks good to me, and no further changes or edits are being requested. However, an email response
to the items above would be great.

Attached is a pdf copy of the Final As -Built Baseline Report for UT to Falls Lake (McDaniel Farm) DMS #95389; DWR #
09-1140. You had reviewed and approved the Mitigation Plan for this project in September 2015. All site preparation work,
fence installation and planting was completed in March 2016. I will send a hardcopy of the report to you today.
