on March 22, 2006, it has been determined that the proposed work does not require a
Water Quality Certification. However, you should be aware that your project must
comply with the Catawba Buffer Rules as described in 15A NCAC 0213.0243.
This letter completes the review of the Division of Water Quality under Section 401 of
