Paul,
I spoke with Brian Wrenn, William Wescott, and Steve Sollod
today.
They agreed it would be beneficial to include a narrative about
the
temporary water operation with the barges. They do not need a
sketch, but if you feel it is better to include it, then please
do so
(Steve indicated that the DCM might ask for a sketch if they
determined it was necessary). Additionally, William indicated
the
Coast Guard would be permitting the barge. I suggest we make
Bill
aware of the operation and verify the details he needs concerning
