WE WILL BE CLEARING THE LOT UP UNTIL ZONE 2 OF THE BUFFER WITH BULLDOZERS. AFTER THAT A
CONCRETE PUMP TRUCK WILL BE USED TO BUILD THE BASEMENT AND FOUNDATION. AFTER THAT
ONLY SMALL TOOLS WILL BE ON THE PROPERTY TO CONSTRUCT THE HOME.

WE HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED THE SIZE OF THE HOME TO ACCOMMODATE THE BUFFER

BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
