RE: STORMWATER DISCHARGE OUTFALL ANALYSIS AND LAB RESULTS
To Whom It May Concern—
During the month of April 2015, a grab sample was collected for the GKN
Driveline Roxboro Facility (General Permit NCG030000, Certificate of Coverage
NCG030429) during a measureable storm event. Some of the grab samples
demonstrate exceedances in Zinc and Copper.
In order to improve our water discharge, we have relocated some of our metal
product from under a tented area outside the facility to a new storage location
inside the facility. We will continue to monitor as required.
