Re: Reporting for Duff-Norton Stormwater Permit N,,t030'004
Dear Sirs,
Attached please find the Tier 2 Response Plan Analytical Report and Quantitative Monitoring
for the 3r Semiannual Stormwater Event of 2014 for our facility. Based on findings in this
monitoring report, the March 2014 exceedence for test point #2, zinc, 0.02 mg/I over
benchmark and September 2014 exceedence for test point #2, zinc, 0.014 mg/I over
benchmark was corrected with the current reading of 0.020 mg/I. Based on this finding and
no other indications of zinc contaminate, we consider this Tier 2 Response Plan satisfied.
This is the third and final in the required series of three consecutive months monitoring which
has met the permit requirements.
If any further information is required, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Paul M. Vinay
Facilities Manager
