I confirmed that the buffers are offset 50' from the top of bank of the stream. The 50' NRBs have been correctly labeled in the attached Buffer Impact Map exhibits. Also, I have included the existing topo on the attached Buffer Impact Exhibits and Wetland Impact Exhibits. Please let me know if you need anything else to complete your review. Have a great day! It appears that the Neuse River Buffer is drawn as a 100' line without taking into consideration the width of the stream, but maybe there's something I'm not understanding about it. Also, typically topographic contours would be shown on the impact map. I appreciate your help resolving these issues. Thank you.
