That sounds fine, we will extend the deadline until Friday, July 29th. Please note this is the final extension. If
all of the requested information is not received in writing by July 29, 2016, the Division will be unable to
approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the
Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.

Thanks for the update — do you have a date for when the engineering report will be completed? The deadline
in our May 101h letter was June 9; when we spoke the other day we extended the deadline to the end of June,
which is today.

Grandview Community Marina (Bailey & Associates) CAMA application. We are awaiting the completion of the
