Some fresh surfaces as well. 5 Bedrock starting at 78.0'-79.0' bgs, medium grained granitic gneiss. - Vertical to sub -vertical fractures at 80.0', 84.0', and 86.0' bgs. Quartize vein at 83.0' bgs. Staining more prevalent at 82.0'-87.0' b s. ;- _ GRANITIC GNEISS, dark grey, mafic, some red -" staining/mineralization faces, finer grained than above. - GRANITIC GNEISS, hard, little to no weathering, some mineralized fractures. 90 GRANITIC GNEISS, with vertical fracture between 91.0'-91.5' bgs. Dark red mineralization. Secondary vertic fracture at 91.5-92.0' with dark green mineraliztion, hard, massive. _ GRANITIC GNEISS, with breaks along foliation. Fresh red staining and dark red mineralization. 95 ; ' ` GRANITIC GNEISS, red mineralization along foliation breaks. White mineralization on one fracture surface. Fractures throughout with dark mineralization. 100 QUARTIZE vein. GRANITIC GNEISS, with horneblende, less feldspar. Large fracture at 101.0' bgs with dark green mineralization. 105 - - Dark red staining mineralizated surfaces. Large vertical fracture at 107.0' bgs with dark green/black mineralization. PHYLLITE, foliated metamorphic, fine-grained. Black horneblende banding, massive. Large vertical fracture at 110 109.0' bgs, no apparent weathering. Small fresh fracture at 110.0' bgs with same chlorite mineralization. GRANITIC GNEISS, fine -medium grained, same as above. 115 - GRANITIC GNEISS, fine to medium grained, dark red staining on fracture joints. Same as above. RK Partially Weathered Rock, same as above. 15 RK Partially Weathered Rock, same as above, dry, significant staining. 20 Partially Weathered Rock, same as above, highly RK weathered, surrounded by rock flour grading (approx. 22.5' bgs). dense to very dense, highly laminated, dark brown, fine-grained silt, dry to moist. 25 Partially Weathered Rock, same as above from 25.0'-28.5' RK bgs. Grading into moderately hard, moderately to highly weathered, abundant staining, large to fine frained granitic gneiss with sheets of mica on fracture plane. 30 Partially Weathered Rock, same as above. Multiple high angle to vertical fractures. 38.0'-40.0' bgs large pieces of competent rock staining on fracture faces (high angle to 35 RK vertical) breaks along mica layer. Sharp contacts between weathered mica (approx. 0.25" in thickness), hard, larfe to fine-grained, monderately to highly weathered granitic gneiss. Top of rock at approximately 38.5' bgs. Sharp contact at 62.0' bgs, dry sandy silt, grading into hard, biotite, gneiss. 65 - BIOTITE GNEISS, hard, very fine-grained, slight weathering to fresh. - BIOTITE GNEISS, same as above. Contact with quartz _- veins below. Mylonite, hard, very fine-grained, tan and 75 - - gray, biotite gneiss.
