Subject: Carawan Marina 404
Raleigh,
Thank you for meeting out at Carawan Marina yesterday to review the 404 area restoration and to assist with a
delineation modification at the head of the 404 area in the vicinity of the pilings. As discussed, we will be surveying in
the revised delineation area and will submit that survey to you with a revised JD request. As we discussed during our
meeting, Mr. Carawan will complete the restoration in the impact area by final grading and installation of silt fence
around the 404 area in that location. I will advise that the silt fence should be maintained over time. I appreciate your
assistance with this project. I have copied Kevin Hart and Anthony Scarbraugh and I would like to request that the
review of the CAMA Modification be taken off -hold so that the permit process can resume.
