Mason,
I just looked at the NW 23 issued for this project and we did not require mitigation due to the small size of the impact.
That said, if the Department came back and could justify more wetland impacts at site # 3 and it would push it over the
0.10 of an acre threshold, as anticipated, the Dept. would be looking at mitigation for riparian wetland impacts for the
entire project.
I hope the City accepts that a concrete multi use path will work thought this section of the City. Anything more than the
concrete path would be going back on the LEDPA (Least Environmentally Damaging Practicable Alternative) decision
point and very difficult to justify.
