Sills and BafFles with a low flow notch are proposed to mimic the low flow (Bridge to Culvert) channel dimension along the stream. Low flow velocities through the culvert are consistent with the stream natural channel low flow velocities. Proposed culvert will buried, sills placed at inlet and outlet and a baffle in the middle of the box to retain bed material.
