It has been a very busy couple months. I met with Mac today to discuss several of these sites and have the following comments for the Neuse 01 visits: For Pen Dell-Edward Johnson-Lake Wendell, we don't have any problem with the minutes. In reviewing the file, we did notice that the pond on the Lake Wendell project looks to have been rebuilt, so including some history on the pond in the mitigation plan would be necessary. For Stony Fork, we are good with the minutes, so no changes there. For Lochill Farms, we do have several comments about the minutes and the revised proposal. For Reach R2, we do not agree with the minutes - this reach would be more appropriate at a 5:1 ratio due to the current condition and expected uplift. We also still have serious concerns with the proposed enhancement along reach R3. The condition of this reach is not that bad and we don't believe that the proposed approach is warranted. I think that we need to get the IRT back out to this reach to look at it again if an enhancement approach will continue to be proposed. The last issue is with the utility crossings. I have looked back over the IRT minutes and found that we addressed the utility credit issue back in Oct. 2010, which indicate that the IRT concurred that no credit would be given for areas within utility corridors for future projects (as of 2010). The IRT then developed the 50%/25% guidance for remaining closeouts following this. As for Dry Creek and Buckwater, I have already responded, but I'm not sure that DWR had a chance to review these minutes - they were not copied with the Buckwater minutes that I can tell. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I can work with Lindsay on setting up a time to go back to Lochill if necessary.
