Per our phone conversations, I have attached the notification for the revised impacts associated with the relocation of
the sewer crossing (Sheet D — Impact 5) in Phase 7 of the South Lakes Subdivision. The relocation of the sewer crossing
is necessary to match the design of the Wake County high school design on the property to the east.
I have provided the previously approved impact maps, as well as a revised Sheet D that shows both the previously
approved sewer crossing within Phase SF -7, as well as the revised location/impacts for the relocated sewer
crossing. The relocation of the sewer crossing has resulted in a reduction of the temporary wetland impacts for this
crossing, as well as the elimination of 48 If of temporary stream impacts and 4,538 sf of permanent buffer impacts.
Per our conversations, since the relocation of the sewer crossing will minimize impacts, submittal of the notification of
the relocated crossing and updated impact exhibit is sufficient, and issuance of modified 404/401 permits is not
required. Please respond to this email concurring that this is correct so that we have documentation for our files.
