Andy and Brian,
We have received the revised permit drawings from the consultant that I mentioned to you guys a couple of weeks
ago. There are no changes to impacts with these revisions. This is a result of a consistency review with the roadway
drawings and the changes reflected are to address slight differences between the two. Also, I have received from DMS a
revised mitigation acceptance letter that fixes impact totals by HUC. For Andy’s sake, since this was mainly between
Brian and I, it was discovered that there were a few streams that the impacts had been assigned to the incorrect
HUC. That has been corrected and the totals by HUC should now be straight. The overall impact number has not
changed. There was one small wetland that was in the incorrect HUC, but the impact was so small (0.004 ac) it changed
nothing in the totals.

Does this information need to be submitted to you by formal channels, or can I send this information to you
electronically to incorporate into the permit packages?
