Driveway crossings were designed to cross streams at a perpendicular angle, and with headwalls to minimize impacts to streams and buffers. Utility crossing designed to cross at a perpendicular angle to minimize impacts to stream and buffers. Entrance road was limited to a dedicated easement and required to connect in this location by the Town of Apex. Parallel utility pushed out into Zone 2, but limited by space for building and Parking. 1 b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. Pumps will be utilized at stream crossings to minimize impacts to streams. Other measures such as sift fence, tree protection fencing, sediment traps etc. will be required by the Erosion & Sediment control Plan to minimize sediment entering the stream during construction activities. 2.
