Hi Sue. No public comments have come in as far as I know. Our next step will be to send a letter requesting a few
clarifications on alternatives, and possibly avoidance and minimization. Go ahead through your process. I can't think of
any reason to hold off on the 401, at least from the Corps' perspective. Thanks.
