On June 15, 2016, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated June 11, 2016, with
additional information received June 21, 2016, requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for the
subject project. After reviewing the application, it appears that the temporary impacts associated with the coffer dam
and coir wattles were not included on the stream impact table (Section C.3. of the PCN). Please revise Section C.3. of
the PCN to include the temporary impacts associated with the coffer dam and straw wattles and re -submit to me via
email.
