feature in question. Due to Staff scheduling this is the soonest that we can accomplish a site visit this week.

Don,
I received your voicemail Friday. If there is any way we can get the stream call completed this week it would be
appreciated. I have attached additional files for your use. The erosion control plan submitted are for a Pad graded site at
Park East Industrial Park. The owner is not planning on putting the building there now, but just getting the pad ready for
a future tenant. We submitted plans for erosion control review and received a comment to verify buffers
encroachments. Can you verify that there are no buffers associated with this project? The site is currently being farmed.
Also, do you know if there are any additional comments on the plans themselves?
