An ESC plan was submitted to DEMLR for lot 8 for a pad graded site, but the owner is not planning on building there now, just
getting the pad ready for a future tenant. The ESC plan review has concerns with the drainage feature onsite and of the potential for
it to have buffers and the need for a stream call to verify if a stream is present.
Please attach a map of the site indicating project boundaries on the USGS 1:24,000 Topo and/or NRCS Soil Survey.
If you are unable to locate either of these maps, please contact the Regional Office for assistance.
