Hi Kevin,
I've had a chance to review the application you sent for Southbridge Fellowship Church, and I wanted to let you know a
couple of things. First, the isolated wetland impacts are below the threshold for requiring written authorization from
DWR so I won't be including them in the letter. Second, I can go either way on whether the 4 square feet of Zone 1
buffer is parallel or not so let's just say it's not parallel and, therefore, it does not require mitigation. Let me know if you
have any questions. Thanks.
