There is a Phase I of this project located immediately upstream; I don't know if you are familiar with it or how it looks. My only issue with this project is that they are doing a .pond rehabilitation and some wetland planting. According to the plans, they are going live stake the entire wetland with the ususal suspects; black willow, silky willow, silky dogwood, buttonbush, etc. They are in essence creating an early successional wetland. I think they should plant hardwoods to try to move closer to the ultimate climax community.
