I’ve reviewed your application for a CAMA Major Permit requesting to reconstruct a marina facility in Beaufort, NC for
the Friends of the N.C. Maritime Museum’s Junior Sailing program and other boating programs. Water Quality
Certification No. 3900 corresponds to the General Permit 291 issued by the Army Corps of Engineers and applies to this
activity (DWR project # 20160506). Written approval is not necessary for use of this certification provided all the
conditions can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval will be required. WQC 3900 can be
