Need to know if you want this restored ASAP or if you want to wait and address it th at our next onsite meeting July 7. From: Bullard, Aaron Sent: Tuesday, May 19, 2015 11:55 AM To: Johnson, Jay B Cc: Blankenship, Andrew Subject: B-4565 river bore Jay, There was apparently another episode of slurry fracking during the telephone conduit bore under the Neuse River that was just discovered last week. The river was up considerably at the time of the boring operation (beyond where the damaged area is), so that the entire area was underwater and not visible during the operation. It was just observed last week once things receded and our inspector just happened to glance over the side of the bridge in that vicinity. The location is centered at Sta. 18+50 +/-, 60’ left and is approximately 50’ x 50’. Please let me know if you need any additional information and what action is needed.
