Jennifer,
I apologize but you may have not been copied on this by me. Anyway, the compensatory mitigation payment was received
by the DMS and Restoration Systems last Friday. In reading through the 401 Permit I see that your office was also to be
notified. Please let me know if you need hardcopies in the mail from me, otherwise I will assume the attachments will
suffice to meet the requirements of Condition 2 of DWR Permit #95-01.53 v4, (USACE SAW -2014-00845).
Thanks,
Nuwan M. Wijesuriya

Jean,
Now that the mitigation has been paid to DMS and Restoration Systems, is there anything else you need from me? I'm
assuming emails suffice and no hardcopies from me are needed?
Thanks,
Nuwan
