To Whom It May Concern:
Since a stormwater sampling event could not be conducted for the period July 1 - December 31,
2014 due to precipitation events occurring outside normal operating hours or not meeting the 72 -
hour representative stormwater sampling event window, weather permitting, Charlotte Pipe &
Foundry will conduct an additional sampling event (separated by 60 days) in addition to the
permit required semi-annual sampling events for the year 2015.
