The Division of Water Resources received a Bank Parcel Development Package (BPDP) for the above -
referenced site on August 18, 2015 for review and approval under the terms and conditions of the
Watershed Investments NC, LLC (WINC) Neville Farms Mitigation Banking Instrument (MBI)
for Riparian Buffer Mitigation and Nutrient Offset credits pursuant to the Jordan Water Supply
Nutrient Strategy. On January 29, 2016, DWR approved the BPDP.
On April 1, 2016, WINC submitted a request to the DWR along with a draft modified Neville Farms
BPDP, requesting DWR approval to modify the approved Neville Farms BPDP to allow for the project
to be developed into two phases. On April 14, 2016 and May 4, 2016, Katie Merritt with DWR,
provided comments and recommendations based on her review of the modified Neville Farms BPDP.
WINC submitted a final draft of the revised Neville Farms BPDP for DWR approval on June 1, 2016
based on the comments and recommendations provided by Ms. Merritt. The BPDP submitted on June
1, 2016 is now approved.
According to the credit release schedule outlined in your MBI approved on January 7, 2016, the
following items are required prior to receiving your first credit release of twenty percent:
Conservation easement approved by DWR
Financial Assurance documents
