Mike Rusher: Sign-up, media coordination and sound recorder (Chevrolet Uplander)
Debra Watts: Sign-up (Chevrolet Uplander)
Jon Risgaard: Sign-up (Chevrolet Uplander)
Eric Smith: Timekeeper (Chevrolet Uplander)
Wil Hart or Robert Tankard: note -taker
*The timekeeper will sit at the front with the meeting officer*
Agenda:
1:30 pm: Leave Archdale Building (meet Eric in the loading dock. Eric will pick up Chevy
Uplander)
2:30-3:00 pm: Arrive at Wayne Community College for set-up (need to bring a laptop and back-
up projector. I've been told they have a projector in the room, but just in case. There will be a
table in front of the stage for the meeting officer and time keeper. Eric will take all of the
materials you need).
4:00 pm: Grab Linner (Lunch + Dinner)
5:00 pm: Go back to the Wayne Community College to await the public's arrival (Security
officer should be there at 5 pm)
5:30 pm: Sign-up, doors open
6:00 pm: Meeting begins -Meeting officer opens hearing. The presentation is next and then the
comments will start (5 min. for comments unless big crowd, then 3)
???? pm: Head back to Raleigh
