design summary and the required items checklist.
b. Please specify the source and permeability of soil media on plan sheet C7.9 (1"-2" per hour is
preferred). Please be reminded that the ponded water shall completely drain into the soil
within 12 hours, and to a level of 24 inches below the soil surface within 48 hours.
c. Allowable range of phosphorus index is 10 - 30. Sheet C7.9 indicates a P-Index of less than
50. Please revise the P-index to conform to the acceptable range.
2. Exterior Level Spreader (Receiving flow from Bioretenton)
a. Please provide Level Spreader Supplement Form (design summary and required items
checklist) along with a notarized Inspection and Maintenance Agreement Form.
Stormwater Wetlands B 1 and B2:
a. Please provide a completed BMP Supplement for each proposed BMP including the design
summary and the required items checklist.
b. Please specify source of wetland plants on plan sheet C7.11.
c. Please specify permeability of clay liner on site plans. (Typical infiltration rate is 0.01 in/hr).
d. The percentages of total wetland surface area allotted to the shallow land and shallow water
areas as indicated on Site plans C3.3 and C3.4 do not seem to conform to those indicated in
the supporting design calculations. The shallow water seems to be far greater than 40%
(>50%) while that of the shallow land seems to be far less than 40%. Please apportion surface
areas at the permanent pool level to all zones. You may want to increase the shallow land
area.
