On May 9, 2016, the Division of Water Resources —Water Quality Programs (Division) received your
application dated April 29, 2016, requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for your
project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The
application is on -hold until all of the following information is received:
1. When the applicant is a corporation, the Division requires the state in which it is domesticated,
the name of its principal officers, the name and address of the NC process agency and the name
of the individual who shall be primarily responsible (pursuant to 15A NCAC 02H .0502 (a)(3)).
BMR Land Company LLC is not listed on the NC Department of the Secretary of State's
Corporation website (http://www.secretary.state.nc.us/Corporations/CSearch.aspx).
2. A stream is approximately shown immediately adjacent to this property on the published Guilford
County Soil Survey. Please provide documentation from the City of Greensboro indicating
whether there are any protected riparian buffers within the limits of this project. If so, please
locate all of the protected riparian buffers as overlays on the site plan, clearly showing Zone 1 and
Zone 2. [15A NCAC 02B .0267(8)(b)(iv)]
3. Please provide a copy of the locally approved stormwater management plan with proof of
approval. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(5) and (c)(5)]
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested
information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not
received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to approve
the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the
Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.

the above requested information to the 401 & Buffer Permitting Unit, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh,
NC 27699-1650.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under the Water Quality Certification Rules for this
activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North Carolina General
Statutes and Administrative Code.
