Attached are a completed original and one (1) copy of Cargill's Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO)
Monitoring Report form from the stormwater sampling event conducted at our facility on March 27, 2015.
Since a stormwater sampling event could not be conducted for the periods July 1 — October 31, 2012 and July
1 — December 31, 2014 due to precipitation events occurring outside normal business operating hours, weather
permitting, Cargill will conduct three (3) additional stormwater sampling events separated by sixty (60) days
during the remainder of Year 2015.
Sincerely,
Cargill Inc.
