Dear Ms. Meadows:
As a contractor to EPA Region 4 under contract EP-S4-09-02, Black & Veatch Special Projects
is responsible for reporting duties for NPDES permit #NC0084395 associated with the
groundwater treatment system for the ABC One-Hour Cleaners Superfund Site in Jacksonville,
NC. The system has not been operational since January 2011; therefore, there is no flow through
the groundwater treatment system or NPDES discharge. Enclosed is the required Quarterly
Aquatic Toxicity reporting form for June 2016. Since the system is non-functioning with no-
flow, no samples were collected this quarter. If you have any questions about this transmittal,
