Construction of a pharmaceutical manufacturine facility to produce vaccines on currently undeveloped
forested land in Holly Springs, North Carolina. This permit application is for Phase 1 of a potential three
phase project. Other phases are depicted on the site plan simpl ty o depict anticipated future impacts if these

other phases are built in the future to demonstrate that the__c_umulative impacts associated with this entire
proposed facility will not exceed nationwide permit thresholds

From US Hi~hway 1 in Raleigh take NC Highway 55 South toward Holly Spring take the bypass~
for approximately 4.0 miles. Turn ri>;ht onto New Hill Rd. and take the first left (approximately
ft.) onto Irvins; Parkway. Take the first right approximately 700 ft) onto Thomas Mill Rd
Continue until road dead ends. This is the edge of the project area The project is in Holes Springs
Wake County and is within the Cape Fear basin.
