Monthly monitoring is required for the Fayetteville facility as per the Tiered program requirements in Part 11, Section B of the facility permit for FV -002 and FV -004. For the monthly sample period monitoring, a sample was taken on November 23, 2014 for FV -002 and FV -004. The analytical results with associated parameters for this semi-annual monitoring are included in the table below.
