Dear Mr. Zinner:
On October 9, 2006, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated
October 6, 2006, to fill or otherwise impact 951inear feet of perennial stream (751inear feet
permanent impact, 20 linear feet temporary impact), and 4,552 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse
River basin protected riparian buffers and 2,368 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin
protected riparian buffers, to construct the proposed residential subdivision. The DWQ has
determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as
discussed below. The DWQ will require five copies of the additional information requested in
order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject
property. This project has been placed on hold until the following criteria has been meet. Please
provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Please indicate all buffer impacts on the site plan.
2. Please indicate the location of the protected buffers as overlays on the site plan, clearly
showing Zone 1 and Zone 2.
3. Please provide cross section details showing the provisions for aquatic life passage.
4. Please provide the location of any proposed stormwater practices as required by GC3404.
5. Please provide detail for the stormwater practices as required by GC3404
6. Please indicate the diffuse flow provision measures on the site plan, applicable
worksheets, and signed and notarized Operations and Maintenance Agreement.
