Reviewed this loss site. Think the sediment was pushed out of the basin after
paving and the heavy rain on the 18th.

Verify dimensions of basin ID 01 in the field.

Short term: add wattle and PAM below str 0402. Add excelsior matting and PAM
to silt checks in ditch on project left.

Utilize sand bags along pavement to divert runoff into curb and gutter inlets

Repair the failed portion of the skimmer basin weir.

Clean up the accumulated sediment from the woods as soon as conditions allow.
