Carawan Marina Onsite Meeting
Brian,
Per our conversation, the Division of Water Resources has received information that potential 404 wetland fill has
occurred in an area located west and southwest of the existing boat basin at the Carawan Marina facility. After
reviewing the Carawan Marina Major Application figure received by this Office on May 5, 2016 and latest aerial from
April 9, 2016, fill material may exist within delineated area of 401/404 wetland. I propose an onsite meeting to confirm
if a violation exists and discuss potential resolutions.
