The video conference to discuss R-2518 A& B pre project Utility stream impacts vs. post project Utility stream impacts
was held April 22, 2014. During that meeting USFWS asked DOT to also look at R-2519A. Then the permitting agencies
would meet to discuss the entire US 19 corridor. A follow up meeting was held on July 15, 2014 at USFWS in Asheville
to review maps, calculations, etc. There are a lot of PDF inaps with spreadsheets that explain assumptions and
calculations. We can FTS all files to you or meet with you to explain in detail.
