Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday I was out of the office. I do think that we have enough information to have a
meeting to figure out and finalize what needs to be done to resolve the utility issues within the next couple of months.
If it's ok, I'd like to get the site visits complete (I'll be scheduling those asap, sorry for the delay) for sites that were
requested during the 2014 meeting and then we'll set up a date to go over everything. I'm a little confused as to what I
need to do for question #2 but I'll talk with Jamie about it and he probably can get me straightened out or I'll call you to
make sure I understand what exactly it that you guys need to see. I'll be in touch soon, thanks!

I left you a couple of messages last week about the utility issues on R-2518 A & B and noted that I would send you an
email.

Questions:

1

1. Do you have enough information to have a meeting on the final proposed resolution for this issue in the next few (1-
4) months? It would probably be best to schedule this meeting the day before or day after an interagency meeting (just
not the afternoon of the interagency meeting, as the USACE has team meetings then). If for some reason the
information won't be ready for a meeting in 1-4 months, please let me know when a meeting will be possible.

2. Something I didn't detail in my phone messages - Ginny and I were discussing the issues and the following came up -
for Sites C, E/F, and N - to compare existing utility lines (at permitting) to the utility lines currently in place, we need to
see/have calculations for both sets of utilities (existing (at permitting) and proposed (in place now)) on the NEW stream
segment/in the area where the new channel was placed (vs. on the old channel that was moved), as the sites were
permitted understanding (at that time) that the utility lines would impact the new locations - please correct me if I'm
mistaken. We'll need to see the new numbers and aerials once this is resolved/prior to the final meeting. Please look at
the aerials for those sites to see what I'm talking about and call me to discuss if what I've written above isn't clear. Sorry
I didn't catch this at our meeting.
