5e. Provide a brief description of this project (attach site plan if available): I do not have site plan but it should be available with
the City of Greenville – Daryl Norris, PE, Civil Engineer. Mrs. Baker and I are requesting that this ditch be tiled and filled with dirt
as every effort the City has make has only made the situation worse. If any more rock is put in, it will take another 2 to 3 ft. of
each of our yards We are already paying taxes on a great deal of land that has washed away. Our yard mowers will no longer
do the ditch area because it is too hazardous, and I am no longer able to climb down into the ditch to clean it. IF WE LOSE ANY
MORE LAND, Mrs. Baker will lose her dog pen and another row of trees. I have already lost two planting of trees. This is an ugly
situation. Your help will be most appreciated.
