Robert can chime in on this and may provide more detail, but let me offer the following: We will probably need
another month to get our bearings straight on the transaction and permittee transfer, and to run the design issues
through the filter of my clients at Lennar. Robert and I are meeting next week to begin the draft of responses to
both Corps and DEQ comments. We still need some contractor input on forms of proposed construction, and
some engineering information. Perhaps July 1? Robert, thoughts?

James/Jennifer,
I wanted to give you an update on the status of the Oak Pointe Individual Permit application (SAW -2016-00095, DWR #16-
0285). We are still actively working on the response to your comments on the permit application. We may not be able to
meet the 30 day deadline for submitting this response, but it will be submitted as soon as possible.
Since the original application was submitted, the Oak Pointe property has been sold by K. Hovnanian Homes to Lennar
Corporation. That transaction has just been finalized in the last week or so. When the updated permit application
package is submitted, we will update the applicant information. There are no proposed changes to the original layout of
the development or to the quantities or locations of impacts to jurisdictional features. If there is any further informatior
that you need regarding the change in ownership, please let us know.
Spangler Environmental will also be assisting with the response to comments. If you have any questions or concerns,
please feel free to contact Jim Spangler or me.
Thanks for your help with this process. I will be out of the office this week, but will be available by cell phone or email.
