Thanks for speaking with me regarding this project.
The Division of Water Resources (Division) has performed a preliminary review of a 401 Water Quality Certification
application submitted forthe above referenced project. The Division has determined thatyour application is incomplete
and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received:
Please provide a construction detail forthe French drain.
Please send a copy of the detail by June 10, 2016 and email is fine.
As we discussed the stormwater component ofthis project will be reviewed by the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land
Resources (DEMLR) stormwater permitting unit.
