Good morning Mr. Scarbraugh,
Our office received a request from Currituck County last week regarding a minor
modification to their Major Permit #32-08. The request is to allow for repairs to the
existing outfall in the North River near ]arvisburg. In order to expedite your receipt of
this request, I am sending you the transmittal letter and a copy of Currituck County's
request package by way of attachments to this email correspondence. In the pdf file, I
have included a partial scan of their oversized drawing. Courtney Spears, Assistant
Major Permits Coordinator of our Morehead City office, will be routing to you a copy of
the over -sized plan.
