You are noted that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on July 27,
2015. On or before that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract Documents. In
accordance with Article 4 of the Agreement, the number of days to achieve Substantial Completion is 45, and
the number of days to achieve readiness for final payment 75. The date of Substantial Completion is
September 10, 2015 and the date of completion of all work is therefore October 10, 2015.
Before you may start any Work at the Site, Paragraph 2.01.8 of the General Conditions provides that you
must deliver to the Owner (with copies to Engineer and other identified additional insureds) certificates of
insurance which you are required to purchase and maintain in accordance with the Contract Documents.
