Dear Mr. Dorney:
With reference to the above named project, we are hereby re-
questing on behalf of the property owner, Mr. Robert R. Johnson,
that the water quality certification be extended until January
31, 1998. We understand that the current certification expires
on January 31, 1995.
Due to circumstances beyond my control the development of
the area as planned was postponed and was not able to take place
during the original permitted period, therefore the need for this
extension.
In case there is other information needed or we need to dis-
cuss this, please call either of the undersigned.
