roads and utilities at the subject property, as desrnbed within your application dated tune 9,
2004 and tueived by the N.C. I>iviaion of Water Quality (DWG on June 10, 2004 including
rovised plans dated June 30, 2004. After reviewing your application, we have decided that the
impacts aro covered by General Water Quality Certification Number(s) 3402 (GC34fYL). The
Certification(s) allows you to tree Nationwide Perini[{sj 39 when issued by the US. Army Corps
of fingincers (LTSACE). This letter shall also act as your approved Au[hariraNan Certificate for
impacts to the protected riparian buffers per 15A NCAC ZB .0233. In addition, you should
obtain or otherwise comply with any other required federal, state o[ local permits before you go
