In the December 11, 2007 Request for More Information on this project, the
DWQ requested that you submit the following items:
• Please provide the location of any proposed Stormwater management practices
as required by GC3705.
• Please provide plans and profiles for all the Stormwater management devices
as required by GC3705, including all required supplement forms and
Inspection and Maintenance agreements.
• Please indicate all Stormwater inlets and outfalls on the site plan.
The above information was not included in your resubmittal dated and received
on January 9, 2007.
Z. If you choose to reapply, please be aware that per GC 3705, this project must
comply with Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) Requirements for Applicants
Other Than the North Carolina Department of Transportation, available at:
http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/documents/SM PRequirementsforApplicants
otherthanNCDOT.pdf. Please include an SMP that removes a minimum of 85
percent TSS the Stormwater generated by this project. For each proposed BMP,
please provide a completed BMP Supplement Form, with all the required items.
