Impacts were avoided as much as possible; however, some Impacts were necessary as a result of infrastructure. Necessary impacts were minimized to the single road crossing (i.e. no lot till). Impacts to the stream and riparian buffer were avoided. A total of 8.88 awes of open space was included In the total project (all three phases).
