This letter of refinement is in reference to your 20 April 2016 letter requesting a modification of work
authorized under Major CAMA Permit No. 7-13 issued to you on 9 January 2013 for boat ramp and dock
construction at Fosters Seafood located off SR 1727 at 220 Loop road adjacent Wrights Creek near Belhaven, North
Carolina
Your request to modify the aforementioned permit to allow for the replacement of an existing 5' x 60' pier is
hereby authorized.
All previous permit conditions apply including the 31 December 2016 expiration date still remain
unchanged. Your modified plat dated received 25 April 2016 illustrating the location of the 5' x 60' pier
replacement will become a part of the permit file and construction should be accomplished accordingly.
